Houseboat Rentals in Kentucky

Kentucky is the traditional heart of American houseboating. Lake Cumberland — a large U.S. Army Corps of Engineers reservoir on the Cumberland River in south-central Kentucky — hosts one of the country's largest concentrations of houseboat rental marinas, with wooded shorelines, deep coves, and long cruising fetch. Rental fleets range from smaller family boats to some of the largest luxury houseboats operating anywhere in the country. Kentucky also shares Dale Hollow Lake with Tennessee along the southern border. Both lakes sit within a few hours' drive of Louisville, Lexington, Nashville, and much of the Ohio Valley, which keeps them highly requested from spring through fall.
